How to prevent birds from nesting on LED SPORTS LIGHT?
Birds in the sky are a symbol of freedom, but when they are on your light fixtures
One of our customers told us that due to the warmth, there are many small birds that build nests on the light fixtures.
So what is the danger of bird nests to outdoor light fixtures?
1. Putting a bird's nest on the heat sink will affect the heat dissipation of the luminaire, damaging the internal components of and shortening the service life of the luminaire
2. If the temperature is too high, the bird's nest will be ignited and may cause a fire.
3. Increasingly heavy birds and nests will increase the pressure on the fixture, extra weight, causing the fixture to bend or break
4. Bird droppings accumulate on the fixture and affect the appearance of the fixture
What measures can we take to deal with these problems?
1. Add protective netting to the surface of the fixture. For enclosed luminaires, the netting can be further increased to prevent birds from entering the luminaire at all.
2.Add a surface repeller to the luminaire. These include bird spikes, which prevent birds from landing on the surface of the LED sports light.
3.
